ASPA unanimously selected Mrs. Janice Casteel as its 2015 Public Administrator of the Year

On April 17, 2015, the Council of the East Tennessee Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) unanimously selected Mrs. Janice Casteel – City Manager of Cleveland, TN – as its 2015 Public Administrator of the Year.
