A Reason to Celebrate!

On October 30th, 2015 more than a hundred alumni, current students, faculty, and family members attended a celebration of the UTK Public Administration program Oct. at the Baker Center for Public Policy.

Keynote speakers included Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero and Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett. These distinguished guests honored the program’s graduates and their many achievements in public service and improved quality of life for citizens across the state and the nation.

The occasion marked the launch of the MPPA Enrichment Fund, the purpose of which is to provide financial awards that recognize academic potential and accomplishment that advance the recruitment and retention of outstanding students for the UT MPPA Program.
