Dr. Prins receives Office of Naval Research grant to examine lootable, illicit resources and conflict

Dr. Brandon Prins received a new external grant from the Office of Naval Research to explore the nexus between lootable, illicit resources and armed conflict.  This grant builds upon his existing research through the Mapping Maritime Piracy Project.
