Doctoral student Harrison Akins receives U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship to study Urdu in Lucknow, India

Doctoral student Harrison Akins has received, for the second time, a U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship to study Urdu in Lucknow, India during the summer of 2017. His Urdu language studies will be in preparation for his future dissertation research on counterterrorism policy in South Asia.
