Kelly Morrison is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She specializes in international relations and comparative politics with a focus on human rights, democratic institutions, and international law and organizations. Morrison’s research has been published in Democratization and the Journal of Politics. Before coming to UT, Morrison was a postdoctoral fellow at the Varieties of Democracy Institute.
